Muscadine 'Carlos' is a self-fertile cross from the North Carolina Agr. Experimental Station in Raleigh, NC. It ripens very uniformly and has a good dry stem scar. 'Carlos' has characteristics that make it mechanically harvestable. Great for making jelly, juice and a delicious wine. Since this variety has high yield and dry stem scar, this makes 'Carlos' an ideal choice for the home garden.
